Role

• Sales of Health policies of through the agency model.
• Recruit, train agents and generate business through them in the assigned territory.
• Responsible for licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.
• Interdepartmental Coordination with other departments such as U/W, Claims & Operations.
• To meet agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner.

Graduation (Full time / Correspondence)

Job description:

Unit Sales Manager - Health Agency Vertical

Minimum experience: 6 months and above

Education: Graduation (Full time/ Correspondence)

Candidate parameter:

· Candidate must be from the same location

· Minimum have experience in field sales/ Agency channel.

· Age limit of candidate should be below 38 years

· Required 2 wheeler & license.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Recruiting agents & providing regular training for selling insurance.

· Achieving the targets assigned & maintaining relationships with clients & agents.

· Licensing, tracking and activation of the agents.

· Willing to work in the field.

· Reporting to the Branch Manager/ Chief Branch Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
