Unit Lead-HR

As the Human Resource Manager at our organization, your role will involve maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and descriptions for all positions. You will be responsible for establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program, counseling managers on candidate selection, and conducting exit interviews. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare employees for assignments through orientation and training programs - Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results - Maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits - Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements - Maintain management guidelines by preparing and recommending human resource policies - Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system - Stay updated on professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and reviewing publications - Complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees - Maintain human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees - Maintain human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees Qualifications Required: - Preferably looking for candidates from a hospital background If you are interested in this opportunity, please share your updated resume to khalid@starhospitals.co.in.,
