Role & responsibilities

• Develops and implements mechanisms and controls to ensure appropriate billing and payment cycles.
• Guide Appropriate Financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Analyze Financial data and give insights to support business decisions.
• Oversee & Ensure Timely Closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Coordinate with Statutory auditors, Internal Auditors, Tax Auditors to ensure there are minimum audit observations and to close the audit findings timely.
• Represents the Companys financial Performance in Quarterly Board Meetings.
• Establish and monitor internal control systems to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risks.
• Assures compliance with applicable industry rules and regulations.
• Maintains up-to-date expertise and knowledge of healthcare industry including applicable laws, rules, regulations, and developments necessary for the organization to make informed business decisions.
• Develops and delivers organized, concise yet thorough communications to the CFO & CEO and seniors regarding proposed changes, developments, and opportunities affecting the organization and billing department.
• Encourages teamwork; energetic, and motivates teams and individuals.
• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with Direct and Indirect Tax laws including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and all applicable Statues.
• Supervise and Manage all Financial operations.
• Performs other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
• Coordinate with Corporate Finance team to comply with all Statutory requirements of the unit.

Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST Laws.

Preferred candidate profile

CA with atleast 12-15 years of experience.
