Unisex hair dresser and Trainer

Key Responsibilities:Hair Dressing & Styling

• Provide professional haircutting and styling services for both men and women.
• Suggest suitable hairstyles based on client face shape, hair type, and preferences.
• Execute hairdos for special occasions such as weddings, parties, and formal events.

Hair Colouring & Chemical Treatments

• Apply in-depth knowledge of colour theory to perform highlights, global colouring, balayage, and corrective colouring.
• Conduct client consultations to understand desired results and assess hair condition.
• Perform chemical treatments including smoothening, straightening, perming, and keratin treatments with expert product knowledge.
• Ensure proper hair protection and aftercare advice is given to maintain hair health post-treatment.

Hair & Scalp Care

• Recommend and perform hair spa, deep conditioning, dandruff treatments, and scalp therapies.
• Diagnose hair and scalp issues and suggest appropriate salon treatments or home care.

Facials & Basic Beauty Services

• Provide unisex facial services using different techniques and products suitable for various skin types.
• Ensure hygienic practices and personalized skincare suggestions for clients.
• Optionally perform basic beauty services such as threading, waxing, and cleanup (if trained).

Training & Mentorship

• Train junior staff or trainees in:
• Hair cutting, colouring, styling, and chemical treatments.
• Product knowledge and salon hygiene standards.
• Client handling and consultation skills.
• Develop training modules and conduct hands-on workshops.
• Stay updated with industry trends and share new techniques with the team.

Professional Qualities

• Strong sense of hygiene, safety, and customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
