You will be responsible for driving organic traffic, optimizing pages for search visibility, maintaining the company’s website, and ensuring all services and regulatory updates are accurately reflected online. 🔍 Key Responsibilities (KRA):Focus AreaResponsibility🔑 Keyword ResearchIdentify industry-specific keywords: BIS, CE, EPR, ISO, QCO, TEC, WPC, etc. and optimize existing and future content🧠 On-Page SEOOptimize meta tags, headers, alt-text, content structure, and schema for all service pages🔗 Off-Page SEOBuild authoritative backlinks via guest posting, directories, forums, and regulatory portals🧱 Technical SEOConduct audits for crawlability, loading speed, indexing, broken links, and mobile usability🖥️ Website MaintenanceRegularly update company website (www.umspcs.in) — including service listings, blog updates, banners, footer, and technical content📤 Content UploadingPost blogs, regulatory announcements, images, case studies, and SEO landing pages with proper tagging🔧 Web CMS ManagementManage website backend (e.g., WordPress or custom CMS), plugin updates, and troubleshoot minor issues📊 Performance TrackingMonitor keyword rankings, traffic, bounce rates, and CTR using Google Analytics & Search Console📣 Competitor BenchmarkingTrack SEO and web activities of competitors like Aleph India, Onega QMS, EVTL, etc.🔄 Page RefreshPeriodically update outdated content and add regulatory developments like new QCOs or BIS amendments ✅ Skills Required:Strong knowledge of SEO best practices (on-page, off-page, technical) Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms Familiarity with SEO tools: Google Search Console, Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web edits Content posting, blog formatting, and internal linking Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills 🎓 Qualifications:Graduate in Marketing, IT, Digital Media, or similar field 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in B2B or compliance-related websites Past experience with certification, consultancy, or service-based websites is a plus
