Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring that all starter and leaver paperwork is completed promptly in compliance with local regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage internal and external audits as per the audit plan. - Check and prepare audit data on a monthly basis. - Proactively work on audit requirements and present data accurately. - Maintain the audit tracker. - Complete quarterly audits without any observations. Qualification Required: - Prior experience in managing audits. - Strong attention to detail. - Excellent organizational skills. - Ability to work effectively under pressure. - Good communication skills.
