Role Overview: As a UKG Pro + Boomi Consultant, you will lead UKG Pro implementation and configuration projects from end to end. You will design and develop technical solutions for complex business requirements within UKG Pro, collaborate with internal teams to integrate UKG Pro with other HR systems using Boomi or similar middleware, and analyze business requirements to translate them into effective UKG Pro configurations. Additionally, you will design and implement workflows, rules, and policies, conduct fit-gap analyses, troubleshoot and resolve complex UKG Pro issues, develop technical documentation, deliver training programs, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead UKG Pro implementation and configuration projects from end to end. - Design and develop technical solutions for complex business requirements within UKG Pro. - Collaborate with internal teams to integrate UKG Pro with other HR systems using Boomi or similar middleware. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective UKG Pro configurations. - Design and implement workflows, rules, and policies to meet organizational goals. - Conduct fit-gap analyses and recommend suitable solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex UKG Pro issues. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for all configurations and integrations. - Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and stakeholders. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure UKG Pro aligns with organizational and business objectives. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, HR, or related field. - 5+ years total experience with at least 3+ years hands-on experience in UKG Pro. - Experience with Boomi integration or similar middleware tools. - Proven experience with UKG Pro implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Additional Details: - Certification in UKG Pro or Boomi is a plus. - Prior experience in remote teams and global workforce environments would be beneficial.
