UKG Pro + Boomi Consultant

As a UKG Pro + Boomi Consultant, your role will involve leading UKG Pro implementation and configuration projects from start to finish. You will design and develop technical solutions for complex business requirements within UKG Pro, collaborate with internal teams to integrate UKG Pro with other HR systems using Boomi or similar middleware, and analyze business requirements to create effective UKG Pro configurations. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing and implementing workflows, rules, and policies, conducting fit-gap analyses, troubleshooting and resolving complex UKG Pro issues, and developing technical documentation for all configurations and integrations. It will also be part of your job to deliver training programs for end-users and stakeholders and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure UKG Pro aligns with organizational and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead UKG Pro implementation and configuration projects from end to end. - Design and develop technical solutions for complex business requirements within UKG Pro. - Collaborate with internal teams to integrate UKG Pro with other HR systems using Boomi or similar middleware. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective UKG Pro configurations. - Design and implement workflows, rules, and policies to meet organizational goals. - Conduct fit-gap analyses and recommend suitable solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex UKG Pro issues. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for all configurations and integrations. - Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and stakeholders. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure UKG Pro aligns with organizational and business objectives. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HR, or related field. - 5+ years of total experience with at least 3+ years hands-on experience in UKG Pro. - Experience with Boomi integration or similar middleware tools. - Proven experience with UKG Pro implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Good To Have: - Certification in UKG Pro or Boomi. - Prior experience in remote teams and global workforce environments.,
