Role Summary:

The QA Lead will be responsible for leading the quality assurance efforts for UKG WFM Pro implementations. This includes planning, executing, and overseeing testing activities across various modules such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, ESS, Mobile, and Reporting. The ideal candidate will have deep domain knowledge in UKG/Kronos systems and strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. QA Strategy & Leadership

- Define and implement QA strategy for UKG WFM Pro projects.

- Lead and mentor QA team members across multiple testing phases.

- Ensure alignment of QA processes with project timelines and client expectations.

2. Test Planning & Execution

- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.

- Utilize tools like Test Assure, JIRA, and Selenium for test management and automation.

3. UKG WFM Validation

- Validate configurations and workflows in UKG WFM Pro modules.

- Conduct end-to-end testing of integrations with payroll, HRIS, and other systems.

- Use UKG tools such as Dataviews, Reports, and Data Hub for validation.

4. Defect Management

- Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA or similar tools.

- Collaborate with development and configuration teams for resolution.

- Ensure defects are prioritized and resolved within SLA.

5. Stakeholder Engagement

- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and client teams.

- Participate in requirement reviews, design walkthroughs, and status meetings.

- Provide QA status reports and metrics to stakeholders.

6. Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain detailed documentation of test results, issues, and resolutions.

- Ensure compliance with internal and client-specific QA standards.

- Support audit and validation processes as required.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

- 710 years in QA roles, with at least 5 years in UKG/Kronos WFM projects.

- Experience in leading QA teams and managing client-facing testing engagements.

Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of UKG WFM Pro modules and configurations.

- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks.

- Familiarity with UKG reporting tools and data validation techniques.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

UKG Data Analytics

6 to 8 years of experience in UKG Pro WFM or similar workforce management systems, with hands-on experience in managing testing and defect management.
Good Experience in creating custom reports, analytics, and dashboards, with knowledge of data migration to UKG Pro WFM Good Experience in Implement UKG Pro WFM Productivity and Analytics modules. Good working knowledge on Capacity Planning, Labor Analytics, Workload Budgeting, and Reporting. Experience in participate in delivering analytics solutions and reporting for various UKG products, such as Pro, UKG Dimensions, and UKG Datahub Interact with businesses and technical project stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery Leverage software tools to provide analytics solutions, working closely with clients to understand their needs. Collaborate with teams to provide solutions for complex enhancements, analyzing data and presenting findings in a compelling way. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex workforce management issues. Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
