UKG Consultant

You are looking for an experienced UKG Consultant with 815 years of ERP expertise across UKG/Kronos WFM, PeopleSoft HCM, Salesforce CRM, and ICIMS. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in a techno-functional role, with hands-on involvement in full-cycle implementations and support projects. Your responsibilities will include implementing and supporting UKG/Kronos WFM, focusing on Timekeeping, Accruals, and Attendance modules. You will also lead or contribute to ERP initiatives across PeopleSoft HCM (v9.09.2), Salesforce CRM, and ICIMS. Resolving technical and functional issues in WFM systems, managing full project lifecycles, collaborating with global teams and stakeholders, building and managing integrations, configuring dashboards, applying Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and participating in vendor management are key aspects of this role. Preferred certifications for this position include PMP and PeopleSoft HCM.
