UK/APAC Management Accountant

Job Description: As a UK & APAC Management Accountant at our company in Ahmedabad, you will play a vital role in supporting financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for our UK and APAC operations. Your main responsibilities will include preparing management accounts, conducting variance analysis, and providing financial insights to facilitate business decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts with detailed variance analysis. - Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS, UK GAAP, and APAC regional standards. - Offer insights on profitability, cost control, and budget variances to support decision-making. - Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes. Budgeting & Forecasting: - Aid in the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial models. - Analyze actual vs. budgeted financials to identify risks and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of management accounting principles. - Proficiency in Excel (Advanced), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, etc.). - Experience with financial reporting tools. - Understanding of UK GAAP, IFRS, and APAC accounting standards. - Knowledge of taxation, VAT/GST compliance (UK & APAC). Company Additional Details: The company prefers candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Possession of CIMA, ACCA, or CPA qualification (Fully or Part Qualified) is advantageous. Prior experience in UK or APAC accounting processes will be beneficial for this role.,
