As an International Travel Consultant specializing in the UK market at PCM Worldwide Flights Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve selling customized holiday packages and travel services to UK-based clients. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, designing tailored travel solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the booking process. Key responsibilities include engaging with UK clients to understand their travel requirements, designing and selling customized holiday packages, managing end-to-end booking processes, staying updated on travel trends and regulations in the UK market, achieving sales targets, and providing post-booking support. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field, along with 12 years of experience in international travel sales, preferably targeting the UK market. Proficiency in GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo), strong communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility to work aligning with UK business timings, customer-focused mindset, and a passion for travel and sales are essential.
