UK/ Germany Counselor

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable UK Counselor and Germany Counselor to guide students aspiring to pursue higher education abroad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in student counseling, admission processes, visa guidance, and strong knowledge of the respective country’s education system, universities, and courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding study opportunities in UK / Germany universities and institutions.
• Guide students on course selection, admission requirements, scholarships, and career pathways.
• Assist in the application process, including documentation, form filling, and reviewing SOPs/LORs.
• Provide accurate information regarding admission procedures, visa requirements, and pre-departure formalities.
• Maintain updated knowledge of university tie-ups, new courses, scholarships, and country-specific guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
• Follow up with prospective students and ensure conversion from inquiry to admission.
• Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, and education fairs.
• Achieve enrollment targets set by the management.
• Maintain proper records of student interactions and applications.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in overseas education counseling (preferably for UK / Germany).
• Strong knowledge of universities, admission processes, and visa regulations for the respective country.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Location: Candidates residing in South Delhi / East Delhi are preferred.

Age Criteria: Minimum 30 years atleast
