UI/UX Teacher

Job Description: As a Part-Time Teacher/Industry Mentor at Bangalore College of Design & Media, you will play a crucial role in inspiring and guiding aspiring UI/UX designers. Your commitment of just one hour per week will be dedicated to delivering engaging and informative sessions tailored to our curriculum or current industry needs. Your responsibilities may include conducting guest lectures, live project critiques, Q&A sessions, and specialized workshops on emerging trends and best practices in UI/UX design. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver approximately 10 hours per week of sessions on specific UI/UX topics. - Share practical insights, case studies, and industry best practices with students. - Provide constructive feedback and mentorship on student projects within the allocated hour. - Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in UI/UX design. - Occasionally contribute to curriculum enhancement discussions based on industry relevance. Qualifications: - Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or related field. - Strong portfolio showcasing successful UI/UX projects across various platforms. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex concepts clearly. - Passion for teaching, mentoring, and fostering the growth of emerging talent. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, accessibility, and design thinking methodologies.,
