Description of the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate UI/UX professional to join our team as a Part-Time Teacher/Industry Mentor. This unique role requires a commitment of just one hour per week, where you will leverage your expertise to inspire and guide our aspiring UI/UX designers. This could involve delivering focused guest lectures, conducting live project critiques, leading interactive Q&A sessions, or providing specialized workshops on emerging trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and informative sessions (approx. 10 hour/week) on specific UI/UX topics, tailored to our curriculum or current industry needs.
• Share practical, real-world insights, case studies, and industry best practices with students.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship on student projects (as time permits within the allocated hour).
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in UI/UX design.
• [Optional, if applicable]: Contribute occasionally to curriculum enhancement discussions based on industry relevance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing successful UI/UX projects across various platforms.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and fostering the growth of emerging talent.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, accessibility, and design thinking methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400.00 - ₹800.00 per hour
