UI/UX Quality Assurance & Audit

As a UI/UX Designer QA & Audit at Peko, your role is crucial in ensuring the quality and consistency of product interfaces across web and mobile platforms. You will play a key part in upholding high standards for usability, accessibility, and brand alignment in all designs launched by Peko. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct design QA audits to guarantee pixel-perfect implementation of approved designs. - Validate that UI/UX delivered by developers aligns with Figma prototypes and design system guidelines. - Identify and document UI/UX issues, inconsistencies, or accessibility gaps. - Perform cross-browser, cross-device testing to ensure responsiveness and interaction quality. - Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to promptly resolve issues. - Maintain and enhance UI/UX QA checklists, audit processes, and reporting standards. - Support usability testing and heuristic evaluations to enhance user experience. - Ensure adherence to WCAG accessibility and Peko design system standards. Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX design and QA/audit processes. - Proficiency in Figma and design systems. - Understanding of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JS) to verify implementation accuracy. - Familiarity with QA workflows and tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana. - Keen attention to pixel-level details and design consistency. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience with automated UI testing tools like Percy, Chromatic, Selenium. - Previous work in FinTech, SaaS, or enterprise platforms. - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices.
