Role Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer – QA & Audit who will ensure the quality and consistency of our product interfaces across web and mobile. This role is critical in making sure that every design we launch at Peko meets our high standards for usability, accessibility, and brand alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct design QA audits to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of approved designs.
• Validate that UI/UX delivered by developers matches Figma prototypes and design system guidelines.
• Identify and document UI/UX issues, inconsistencies, or accessibility gaps.
• Perform cross-browser, cross-device testing for responsiveness and interaction quality.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain and evolve UI/UX QA checklists, audit processes, and reporting standards.
• Support usability testing and heuristic evaluations to improve user experience.
• Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility and Peko design system standards.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design and QA/audit processes.
• Strong knowledge of Figma and design systems.
• Understanding of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JS) to verify implementation accuracy.
• Experience with QA workflows and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Sharp eye for pixel-level details and design consistency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated UI testing tools (Percy, Chromatic, Selenium).
• Prior work in FinTech, SaaS, or enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
