UI/UX Intern

• Role & responsibilities

User Research:

• Assist in conducting user research to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Help in developing user personas, task flows, and information architecture.
• Support the team in analyzing user feedback to refine design ideas.

Concept Development:

• Collaborate with senior designers to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Develop creative ideas and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

User Interface Design:

• Design visually engaging and consistent UI elements under guidance.
• Work on ensuring adherence to design guidelines and best practices.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with team members and developers to align design solutions with project goals.
• Present your ideas and designs to the team for feedback and iteration.

Prototyping:

• Support the creation of interactive prototypes for testing.

Learning and Development:

• Stay updated with design trends and tools to enhance your skills.
• Learn and apply new concepts, techniques, and methodologies in UI/UX design.

Preferred candidate profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of design tools like Figma.
• Understanding of design principles, colour theory, and typography.
• A strong interest in UX/UI design and a desire to learn and grow.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Eagerness to take feedback constructively and work towards improvement.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
