UI/UX & Graphic Designer

You will be joining Broadway, a company that is reshaping the retail experience by combining digital innovation with immersive shopping. As a UI/UX & Graphic Designer specializing in both static and video content, your role will involve enhancing the brand's visual storytelling across various digital and offline platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include creating impactful static creatives for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, in-store branding, and presentations. You will collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to translate concepts into compelling designs that resonate with the audience and maintain visual consistency across all communication channels. Additionally, you will be tasked with designing and editing short-form videos, motion graphics, and animations for marketing, digital ads, and brand storytelling. Staying updated on the latest trends in motion graphics and video editing styles will be crucial to ensure engaging content creation. You will play a key role in maintaining and evolving Broadway's visual identity across platforms and contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative marketing campaigns. Your ability to optimize designs based on audience insights and performance analytics will be essential to drive brand engagement. To thrive in this role, you should have 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and UI/UX design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, is required. A strong portfolio showcasing both static and video content, along with experience in social media design and digital marketing, will be beneficial. Skills in creating motion graphics, GIFs, and animated assets, as well as a solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding, are essential. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is crucial. Any experience with 3D design, UI/UX, or photography would be considered a bonus in this role.,
