UI/UX & Graphic Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, your responsibilities will include collaborating with product managers and engineers to understand user needs and translating them into user-centered design solutions. You will conduct user research through methods such as user interviews and usability testing to inform the design process. Creating high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using industry-standard design tools like Figma and Adobe XD will be a key aspect of your role. Ensuring UI consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms and participating in user testing sessions to iterate on designs based on user feedback will also be part of your responsibilities. In terms of Graphic Design, you will be tasked with creating visually appealing and engaging graphic elements for web interfaces, marketing materials, and social media. Developing a strong understanding of the brand identity and translating it into compelling visuals will be crucial. Utilizing design principles such as composition, color theory, and typography to create effective layouts and staying updated on design trends and best practices will also fall under your purview. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience (UX) Design, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience. With 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Graphic Designer, you should have a strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills, visual design capabilities, and attention to detail. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator is essential. A solid grasp of UI/UX design principles, including user research, information architecture, and interaction design, is required. Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary for effective teamwork with cross-functional teams. Additionally, you should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
