UI/UX EXPERT

We are currently looking for a talented and detail-oriented Usability Testing Expert to join our team and assist in enhancing the quality and usability of our offerings. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting and analyzing various usability testing methodologies, including in-person and remote testing, A/B testing, user interviews, surveys, and usability heuristics evaluations. By gathering qualitative and quantitative data from users, you will identify pain points, issues, and areas of improvement in the design, leading to actionable insights and recommendations for product usability enhancement. Additionally, you will be involved in developing user personas, user journeys, and scenarios to drive design and testing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, with proven experience in UI/UX design focusing on usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and conducting usability tests across different platforms (web, mobile, etc.) is required. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for conveying design concepts and research findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, presenting findings and design solutions, analyzing usability test data, and delivering clear reports are key aspects of this role. The ability to contribute to innovative solutions that enhance user experience through brainstorming and ideation sessions is highly valued. Additionally, familiarity with Agile development processes and advanced usability testing techniques would be advantageous.
