Key Responsibilities:

User Experience (UX) Design:

• Conduct user research and analyze user needs to inform design decisions.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define user requirements.
• Advocate for the user throughout the design process.

User Interface (UI) Development:

• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive code.
• Develop and maintain UI components and libraries.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize UI performance for speed and scalability.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI technologies and trends.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with front-end engineers to implement UI designs and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes effectively to stakeholders.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to the development of UI/UX best practices and standards.

Innovation and Best Practices:

• Explore and experiment with new UI/UX technologies and techniques, including those related to AI.
• Contribute to the innovation of new products and features.
• Promote and establish UI/UX best practices.

Technical Expertise:

• UI/UX Design Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Front-end Development: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Responsive Design: Experience designing and developing responsive user interfaces for various devices and screen sizes.
• Design Systems: Experience creating and maintaining design systems and style guides.
• User Research: Familiarity with user research methodologies.

AI and Emerging Technologies:

• Understanding of how AI can enhance user experiences.
• Interest in exploring and experimenting with new technologies.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX best practices for AI applications.
• Additional Requirements:
