Role Overview: As a Mid-Level Front End Developer at Axium Global, you will utilize your 2-4 years of experience to build modern and scalable web applications using ReactJS. Your role will involve enhancing the user experience by delivering pixel-perfect interfaces in collaboration with design and development teams. You will be responsible for implementing high-quality user interfaces, optimizing web performance, and ensuring seamless integration with backend services. Collaborating with product managers, UX/UI teams, and developers, you will translate requirements into interactive features. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and optimize reusable and scalable frontend components in ReactJS. - Lead the translation of UI/UX designs into functioning user interfaces. - Handle state management using Redux, Context API, or other libraries. - Implement frontend logic to integrate with RESTful APIs and services. - Ensure performance, accessibility, and browser compatibility across platforms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments. - Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers. - Troubleshoot UI bugs and suggest performance enhancements. Qualification Required: - 2-4 years of professional frontend development experience using ReactJS. - Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and hooks. - Experience with state management tools like Redux, Recoil, or Zustand. - Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Vite, Babel, and ESLint. - Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design. - Experience integrating and testing RESTful APIs. - Version control using Git and code collaboration tools (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket). - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) is a plus.,
