UI/UX Developer - Applications

You are looking for an experienced Front-End Developer with at least 3-5 years of experience in building modern, scalable web applications using ReactJS. As a Mid-Level Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for implementing high-quality user interfaces, optimizing web performance, and ensuring seamless integration with backend services. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers, UX/UI teams, and developers to translate requirements into interactive features. Key Responsibilities include: - Developing and optimizing reusable and scalable frontend components in ReactJS. - Leading the translation of UI/UX designs into functioning user interfaces. - Handling state management using Redux, Context API, or other libraries. - Implementing frontend logic to integrate with RESTful APIs and services. - Ensuring performance, accessibility, and browser compatibility across platforms. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environments. - Participating in code reviews and mentoring junior developers. - Troubleshooting UI bugs and suggesting performance enhancements. Qualifications and Experience Required: Technical Proficiency: - 3-5 years of professional frontend development experience using ReactJS. - Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and hooks. - Experience with state management tools like Redux, Recoil, or Zustand. - Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Vite, Babel, and ESLint. - Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design. - Experience integrating and testing RESTful APIs. - Version control using Git and code collaboration tools (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket). - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) is a plus. Soft Skills & Collaboration: - Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication with both technical and non-technical team members. - Ability to take ownership of features and deliver independently. - Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams.
