UI/UX Designer

XSQUADS is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 3 years of experience to craft innovative and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the gaming experience for players. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive menus, HUDs, inventories, settings, and in-game screens while collaborating with game designers, developers, and UI motion designers to ensure seamless navigation and interactions. You will be tasked with optimizing UI/UX for various screen sizes and resolutions, conducting user testing, and integrating animations to create a polished user experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in UI/UX design within the gaming or interactive media industry, proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and a strong understanding of game UI design principles. Experience in creating adaptive UI for different platforms, familiarity with Unity UI or Unreal UMG, and the ability to generate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes are essential for this role. Additionally, a keen eye for visual hierarchy, typography, and iconography, as well as excellent collaboration and communication skills, will be advantageous. Preferred skills for this position include expertise in UI scripting languages like C#, Blueprint, or JavaScript, knowledge of motion graphics and UI animations, an understanding of game UX psychology, and a passion for gaming and interactive storytelling.
