UI/UX Designer

Job Overview
We’re looking for a UI/UX & Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into impactful visuals that speak our brand’s language. From digital experiences to print materials, you’ll bring creativity, consistency, and innovation to every project. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership and teams to craft designs that connect with our audience and strengthen our brand presence.

What You’ll Do

• Design and deliver creative assets across digital and print: social media graphics, website components, brochures, ads, presentations, and more.
• Partner with the marketing team to create campaign-driven designs that are both strategic and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with UI/UX and product teams to design smooth, engaging user journeys.
• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all design outputs.
• Prepare final design files for print, digital, and web production.
• Stay current with the latest design tools, trends, and techniques to keep our visuals fresh and modern.
• Own the process: from concept sketches to polished execution, always delivering on time with top-notch quality.
• Work closely with internal teams to gather requirements, present ideas, and iterate based on feedback.
• Contribute to event branding and promotional visuals for trade shows, campaigns, and internal events.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Graphic or UI/UX Designer, with a portfolio that shows both creativity and versatility.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma (must-have for prototyping).
• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and design principles.
• Experience working on both print and digital formats.
• Bonus points if you have basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-driven, but also a team player who enjoys brainstorming and experimenting with new ideas.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Motion graphics and video editing.
• Hands-on experience with UI/UX design for digital products.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
• 3D design or other advanced creative techniques.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
