About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3-4+ years of experience to help craft intuitive, engaging, and visually striking digital experiences. You’ll work on a variety of projects across web and mobile platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and make user interactions seamless and delightful.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct user research, competitor benchmarking, and usability testing to uncover user needs and behaviours.
• Design and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI designs that balance business goals with usability.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to implement impactful design solutions.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components for consistent brand experiences.
• Analyse feedback and metrics to iterate and improve designs post-launch.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to keep our design approach modern and effective.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-4+ years of experience in UI/UX design (web or mobile applications).
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout design.
• Experience with interactive prototyping, usability testing, and design systems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• A genuine passion for creating meaningful, user-focused digital experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
