UI/UX Designer

As an experienced UI/UX Designer at our company, you will have the following responsibilities: - Investigate user experience design requirements for various digital assets and platforms. - Develop and conceptualize comprehensive UI/UX strategies aligned with brand goals. - Produce wireframes, storyboards, flow diagrams, site maps, and interactive prototypes. - Design UI elements such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, buttons, and widgets. - Conduct usability testing and A/B testing for CTAs, banners, page layouts, and flows. - Collaborate with marketing teams and design partners to deliver tailored digital experiences. - Provide guidance on UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze user behavior. - Adhere to typography, graphic design, and brand style standards. - Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, including responsiveness and cross-device compatibility. - Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics. You should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop. - Strong experience with UX design methodologies, wireframing, user flows, and prototyping. - Knowledge of user research techniques and usability testing. - Ability to design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing UI elements. - Familiarity with responsive design principles and accessibility best practices. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
