shift timings - 3pm to 12am (mon to Fri)

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled UI/UX Designer who specializes in 3D design and has hands-on experience with Three.js. The ideal candidate will combine aesthetic sensitivity with strong technical proficiency to craft immersive, interactive, and visually compelling user experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to bring concepts to life across web and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and prototype user interfaces with a strong focus on user experience, usability, and aesthetics.

Create high-fidelity 3D models and interactive scenes using Three.js and WebGL.

Collaborate with developers to integrate 3D assets into web-based applications and ensure performance optimization.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and interpret findings into iterative design improvements.

Maintain consistency in design standards and UI guidelines.

Translate wireframes, storyboards, and concepts into visually appealing UI components.

Stay updated with the latest UI/UX and 3D web trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, human-centered design, and interaction design.

Hands-on experience with Three.js and WebGL for creating interactive 3D web experiences.

Proficiency in 3D modeling and animation tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar.

Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus (for better collaboration with developers).

Experience in responsive design and optimizing 3D performance on the web.

Portfolio showcasing 3D interactive projects and UI/UX work.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Graphics, HCI, or a related field.

Experience with motion graphics and micro interactions.

Knowledge of frameworks like React or Next.js for 3D integration is a plus.

Prior experience working in gaming, AR/VR, or e-commerce environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
