UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user interfaces and user experiences for both web and mobile applications. As a UI/UX Designer at Tupple Apps, you will be responsible for:

• Designing user workflows and creating interactive prototypes
• Developing web and mobile UI designs that are both functional and visually appealing
• Designing websites with a focus on user experience and responsive design
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and other designers
• Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Creating and maintaining design documentation and style guides

Key Responsibilities

• Workflow Design: Create detailed user workflows that map out the user journey through our applications.
• Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes using Figma to visualize and test design concepts.
• UI Design: Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience.
• Website Design: Design and enhance websites with a focus on usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
• User Research: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and perform usability testing to refine and improve designs.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a focus on mobile and web applications.
• Tools: Proficiency in Figma is required. Experience with other design tools like Adobe XD is a plus.
• Skills: Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and responsive design.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work, including examples of workflows, prototypes, and final designs.
• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
