As a UI/UX & Visual Designer at our research-driven IT company specializing in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software development, cybersecurity, enterprise solutions, IoT, and automation, your role is crucial in transforming concepts into stunning visual outputs that effectively present ideas, proposals, and brands to clients and investors. **Role Overview:** You will design clean, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces across various platforms. Additionally, you will craft compelling pitch decks, case studies, and product presentations, translating early-stage concepts into visual mockups and polished assets. Your responsibilities will also include designing branding assets, proposing innovative visual ideas, and collaborating with different teams to translate vision into visuals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design clean, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces for websites, web applications, mobile applications, and user workflows. - Craft compelling pitch decks, case studies, and product presentations. - Translate early-stage concepts into visual mockups and polished assets. - Design branding assets like marketing creatives, banners, and showcase visuals. - Propose and execute innovative visual ideas to enhance the company's presence across platforms. - Collaborate with business, development, and leadership teams to translate vision into visuals. - Utilize modern and AI-powered tools like Figma AI, Uizard, and Adobe Firefly to boost creativity and productivity. **Qualifications Required:** - 2-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design and visual communication. - Strong understanding of design principles such as layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy. - Proficiency in UX fundamentals like user journeys, problem-solving, accessibility, usability, and interaction design. - Ability to transform vague ideas into user-friendly interfaces and tell stories through design. - Experience in end-to-end design projects from concept to implementation. - Attention to detail with high standards for aesthetics and usability. - Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop. - Familiarity with AI-powered design tools like Uizard, Figma AI, and Adobe Firefly is advantageous. *Please note: This is an on-site position in Kochi, Kerala, India.
