UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Design user interfaces for web-based tools and systems used by our travel agents, ensuring an intuitive and seamless user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to iterate on designs and optimize user workflows.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across platforms and products.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design, incorporating relevant insights into your work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar software.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
