Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design

  marketing collateral

  , including digital and print creatives such as banners, flyers, brochures, social media posts, presentations, and email templates.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cohesive branding and campaign visuals that align with TTANDs overall identity.
• Create

  engaging digital assets

  for web, social media, newsletters, and event promotions.
• Work on

  video editing projects

  such as short promotional clips, testimonials, and training videos (basic to intermediate level preferred).
• Maintain consistency in design quality and brand tone across all materials.
• Support the marketing team during special campaigns, trade shows, and conferences.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, digital marketing best practices, and visual storytelling techniques.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in

  Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

  .
• 2+ years of professional experience in a design role (agency or marketing team experience preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic to intermediate skills in video editing using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools (preferred).
• Familiarity with

  Canva, Figma

  , or other design collaboration tools is a plus.
• Excellent sense of visual composition, colour theory, and typography.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across time zones with the Canadian marketing team.
