UI/UX Designer

As a Junior UI/UX Designer at the "Stealth Proptech Startup" project in Dubai, you will be involved in creating a cutting-edge digital real estate platform. This initiative integrates AI, data analytics, and Web3 technologies, requiring collaboration with international teams across various workstreams to deliver a state-of-the-art product for web, iOS, and Android platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with the Senior UI/UX Designer to create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms. - Develop and maintain the project's design system and style guides to uphold visual consistency. - Design various UI elements with a focus on usability and aesthetics, including menus, tabs, forms, and widgets. - Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide necessary design assets. - Engage in user research activities such as usability testing and interviews to gather feedback for informed design decisions. - Present design concepts to internal teams and stakeholders for feedback and alignment. - Contribute to designing both consumer-facing applications and intricate backend administrative portals. **Required Skills and Experience:** - 1-2+ years of UI/UX design experience with a robust portfolio in web and mobile applications. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. - Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. - Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. - Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to articulate design rationale effectively. - Detail-oriented with a passion for staying updated on the latest design trends and technologies. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field. - Experience in designing for iOS (Human Interface Guidelines) and Android (Material Design) platforms. - Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS capabilities. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices. - Experience in designing complex data visualization or dashboard interfaces would be advantageous.,
