UI/UX Designer

You will be joining Techostinger, a product-based IT startup dedicated to transforming business operations with cutting-edge end-user products. At Techostinger, we provide businesses with innovative and scalable IT solutions to drive growth and maintain a competitive edge in the digital landscape. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in our team. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field. While this is preferred, it is not mandatory. You should have a proven track record as a UI/UX Designer, backed by a robust portfolio showcasing your past projects. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator is essential. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end principles is advantageous but not obligatory. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to grasp business and user requirements. Crafting user-centric interfaces for various digital platforms such as web and mobile will be a key aspect of your role. You will be responsible for generating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts. User research, usability testing, and competitor analysis will inform and enhance your design decisions. Maintaining brand consistency and a design system/style guide across all platforms is vital. Close collaboration with developers will be necessary to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills. A creative problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a minimum of 2 years" experience in a relevant field are required. Keeping abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to deliver innovative solutions is expected.
