Role Overview

Senior

You will work closely with product owners, architects, engineering teams, and clients to shape experiences across dashboards, mobile apps, enterprise portals, and workflow-heavy systems.

This role requires strong UX fundamentals, wireframing skills, user research capability, and polished interface design.

Key Responsibilities

User Experience & Research

• Lead end-to-end UX design for digital platforms, workflow tools, enterprise dashboards, and customer-facing applications.
• Conduct user interviews, requirement discovery, heuristic evaluations, and competitor analysis.
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive user flows, journey maps, personas, and information architecture.

UI Design & Interaction

• Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, screen layouts, and responsive interfaces.
• Design clean, modern, and consistent UI aligned with product goals and brand guidelines.
• Prototype interactions using tools like Figma/Adobe XD to demonstrate user flows and product behavior.

Collaboration & Product Thinking

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, and QA teams.
• Participate in requirement workshops and convert business needs into thoughtful design decisions.
• Present design rationales to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.

Design Systems & Standards

• Contribute to or create design systems, UI kits, reusable components, and style guides.
• Ensure consistency across platforms and maintain a high bar for usability and accessibility.

Quality & Delivery

• Hand off detailed design specifications to development teams.
• Perform design QA during development to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Support agile processes — sprints, stand-ups, grooming, and releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications Core UX & UI Skills

• Strong expertise in

• Mastery of UI tools like

• Ability to convert business and technical requirements into clean, functional interfaces.

Research Capability

• Experience conducting user research, interviews, surveys, and usability evaluations.
• Ability to translate research insights into actionable design decisions.

Design Thinking & Architecture

• Experience in conceptualizing workflows, dashboards, and multi-step enterprise processes.

• Understanding of heuristics, accessibility standards, and interaction models.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience designing for data-heavy products (dashboards, analytics, workflows).
• Experience in enterprise platforms like PIM/DAM/CDP, CMS, eCommerce, or SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS (for design-to-dev conversations).
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum.

Education
