UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to be a part of our team. You will utilize your skills to create exceptional user experiences and tackle end-users" problems through various innovative approaches. Responsibilities include planning and executing new designs, refining existing user interface designs, collaborating closely with the development team, ensuring compliance with style standards for fonts, colors, and images, following mobile and web platform guidelines, designing user interfaces based on requirements, delivering mockups as needed, illustrating design concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps, creating graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets, and efficiently managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines and expectations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools like XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, and Acrobat is required. Familiarity with Figma and Sketch is also necessary. You should possess excellent visual design abilities, a keen understanding of user-system interactions, effective presentation and communication skills for sharing design solutions with stakeholders, experience in independently managing design projects, strong problem-solving skills, a knack for providing effective design solutions, awareness of current UI/UX trends and emerging technologies, and an understanding of the capabilities and constraints of developments.
