Description We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 6-12 years of experience in designing user-friendly interfaces and delivering exceptional user experiences. You will be responsible for creating innovative designs that enhance user satisfaction and engagement. Responsibilities Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers. Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and products. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders. Skills and Qualifications Proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and InVision. Strong understanding of user experience principles and methodologies. Experience with responsive and adaptive design. Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
