​UI/UX Designer cum Creative Designer

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer cum Creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces and user experiences for our digital products, while also creating engaging visual content for marketing, branding, and creative campaigns. This hybrid role requires a balance of design thinking, user-centered problem-solving, and creative storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

Understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive, user-friendly designs.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to improve design outcomes.Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.Maintain design consistency across platforms (web, mobile, and applications).

Creative & Visual Design

Develop creative assets for branding, digital campaigns, social media, and marketing materials.
Design graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with brand identity.Create engaging visuals for presentations, brochures, and advertisements.Support the marketing and content team with innovative design concepts.Stay updated with design trends and apply them to deliver fresh and modern visuals.

Requirements

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Creative Designer, or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and creative design work.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (motion graphics is a plus).Good understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.Familiarity with responsive design and front-end development basics (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
Experience working in startups, digital agencies, or product-based companies.Knowledge of animation, video editing, or 3D design will be an added advantage.
