• At least 4 years of hands-on experience working on digital products, additional perks if you have worked on B2B products.
• Portfolio showcasing your proficiency in translating research insights into great product experiences, reflecting the synthesis of good visual and interaction design principles.
• Well-versed in using design and prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, inVision, Principle, Adobe Suite) to create top notch products and deliverables.
• In-depth knowledge of native behavior of iOS, android design patterns and responsive web design standards. Cherry on top if you have prior experience in creating micro-interactions and animations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate your ideas with stakeholders.
• Effective at managing your time and maintain quality of deliverables.
• Experience working with cross functional teams effectively and provide (and accept) constructive design feedback.
