Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a UI/UX Designer based in Bhopal, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing user-centered interfaces and experiences. Key tasks include creating prototypes and mockups, collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to visual design elements, and ensuring seamless user experience by balancing aesthetics and usability principles. The candidate will also support development teams by providing front-end design insights.

Qualifications

Proficiency in creating Mockups and Prototyping with a focus on user-centric approaches
Strong expertise in Visual Design, with attention to detail and creativity
Experience in User Experience Design (UED), including defining user journeys and workflows
Basic understanding of Front-End Development principles and their application in design processes
Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration
Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is desirable
