UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers to understand user needs and business goals.
• Create wire-frames, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
• Design user flows and interaction models to ensure intuitive navigation and functionality.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Maintain and evolve the design system and UI guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance the user experience.
• Communicate design concepts clearly through sketches, presentations, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 yrs of experience
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approach.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus for better collaboration with developers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
