UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer on a 3-month contract, your main responsibility will be to conceptualize and design user interfaces for applications/products based on business requirements. You will collaborate effectively with Business analysts and client stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and review draft designs. In addition, you will create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas clearly to the Engineering team. It is essential to deliver your work on time in an agile manner as per the project plans, while maintaining good communication skills throughout the process. To excel in this role, you are required to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in UI Design with a strong portfolio showcasing usability, simplicity, and aesthetic sense. Proficiency in leading UI design tools such as Adobe XD, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma is necessary. Your experience should include designing a wide variety of application/product UI for business workflows, along with a solid understanding of UX design and development methods, tools, and limitations, especially with React, to provide valuable input. This contractual position will last for 3 months, with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. As part of the application process, you will be asked about your years of experience as a UI/UX designer, expected CTC, and awareness of the in-person contractual nature of the role. Your expertise in Adobe XD, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and React is crucial for successful performance in this position. The work location for this role is in person.,
