Job Description

The Role

As a UX Designer at Great Learning, youll shape intuitive, engaging, and scalable experiences that help millions of learners succeed. Youll work closely with product managers, engineers, and educators to design solutions that balance business goals, learner needs, and technology.\

Lead end-to-end design for features and products from discovery to delivery.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design validation.

Translate complex learning journeys into simple, accessible interfaces.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using modern design systems.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure smooth handoffs and execution.

Contribute to and evolve Great Learnings design system.

Stay ahead of design trends in EdTech, AI-driven personalization, and accessibility.

Requirements

4 - 8 years of experience in UX/Product Design (EdTech or consumer apps preferred).
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, problem-solving, and measurable outcomes.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, FigJam, Principle, etc.).
Experience in user research, journey mapping, and service design.
Deep understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and inclusive UX practices.
Ability to work across platforms: web, mobile (iOS/Android), and emerging tech.
Strong storytelling and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
Growth mindset willing to experiment, learn, and iterate quickly.

Bonus Skills

Experience designing for AI-driven or adaptive systems.
Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions.
Familiarity with data visualization for learning analytics.
Exposure to EdTech or e-learning ecosystems.
