UI/UX Designer & Graphic Designer

As a designer in our company, you will be responsible for developing visually appealing UI layouts, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs for various platforms such as web, mobile, and digital. Your role will involve conducting user research to create personas and implementing design solutions that enhance usability and accessibility. You will also be tasked with designing marketing materials, social media creatives, banners, and brand identity elements that adhere to company guidelines. Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects will be essential for producing both interactive and static designs. Collaboration is key in this role as you will work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless design-to-development handoff. Your designs should be responsive, working effortlessly across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes. In addition, you will be expected to generate innovative design concepts, mood boards, and visual storytelling elements for campaigns. It will be crucial to maintain and update the company's design system to ensure consistency in UI components and brand style. Feedback gathering and continuous iteration based on user and stakeholder inputs will be part of your routine, ensuring that designs are constantly improved. Staying updated with UI/UX trends, graphic design innovations, and industry best practices will also be necessary to keep designs fresh and competitive.
