Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and mock-ups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
• Ensure designs are consistent across platforms and meet brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• 1 to 1.5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Mohali.
