UI/UX Designer & Developer

As a UI/UX Designer & Developer, your role will involve designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for converting Figma/PSD designs into responsive WordPress websites with pixel-perfect accuracy and translating wireframes and prototypes into clean HTML/CSS code. Your collaboration with product managers and developers to deliver solutions balancing functionality with design will be crucial. Additionally, you will optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility while creating and maintaining design systems and style guides. Staying updated with the latest design trends, UI/UX practices, and front-end development technologies is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Convert Figma/PSD designs into responsive WordPress websites with precision. - Translate UI/UX wireframes and prototypes into structured HTML/CSS code. - Collaborate with product managers and developers to deliver solutions balancing functionality with design. - Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. - Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, UI/UX practices, and front-end development technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong design portfolio. - Strong expertise in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools. - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. - Hands-on experience with WordPress (theme customization, page builders, and custom coding). - Experience in converting PSD to Figma, Figma to WordPress, and design-to-code workflows. - Understanding of basic JavaScript/jQuery is a plus. - Good eye for detail, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. Good to Have (Optional): - Experience with front-end frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.). - Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control. - Knowledge of SEO best practices for design and development. - Motion/interaction design skills (e.g., using After Effects, Lottie, or similar tools). In this role, a Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. You should have at least 3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
