UI/UX Designer & Developer

As a UI/UX Designer & Developer, you will play a crucial role in the complete frontend development lifecycle of our digital presence. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. - Developing user personas and journey maps for business clients. - Designing intuitive interfaces that clearly communicate our solutions. - Maintaining brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. - Conducting user research and usability testing. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 3+ years experience in both UI/UX design and frontend development. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Strong frontend skills including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Vue.js. - Experience with responsive frameworks like Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS. - Understanding of UX principles and design thinking methodology. - Knowledge of version control (Git) and deployment processes. - A portfolio showcasing both design and development work. While not mandatory, the following qualifications are preferred: - Experience designing for B2B/enterprises. - Knowledge of energy, tech, or industrial sectors. - Basic understanding of backend technologies.
