UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at DataHex, a Calicut-based digital solutions company, you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for websites and mobile apps. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, developing personas, and performing usability testing to enhance user experiences. Using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision, you will create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs to optimize usability, responsiveness, and accessibility across various devices. Analyzing user feedback, behavior, and analytics will be essential for you to continuously improve designs and collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to implement innovative solutions. It is important to stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices to deliver tailored, efficient, and growth-driven solutions that empower organizations to thrive in today's digital world. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role, along with proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop. A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects will be required to demonstrate your skills and capabilities effectively. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Kerala and candidates who are available for immediate joining are preferred.
