UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at our innovative and fast-growing organization in Rajkot, Gujarat, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Create user-centered designs by collaborating with product managers and developers to understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive user experiences. - Design wireframes and prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders. - Implement visual designs by working closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation and maintain design consistency throughout the product. - Conduct user research and testing to analyze user feedback and iterate designs based on insights to continuously improve the user experience. Qualifications for this position include: - Bachelor's degree in Design or related field. - Proven experience in UI/UX design or related role. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma. - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. - Strong portfolio showcasing design projects. - Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to cross-functional teams.
